Commercial & Property Management Plumbing
Scheduled maintenance and repair for restaurants, retail, offices, and multi-unit properties, with per-property billing and history.
- Multi-unit and rental properties
- Retail and restaurant service
- Scheduled preventive maintenance
- Per-property invoicing and records
Commercial work lives or dies on scheduling and records. Each property you manage gets its own service history, so the next tech to arrive knows what was done last time and where the shutoffs are.
For property managers we can bill per property or consolidate to a single monthly statement.
Who this is for
- A tenant complaint that keeps coming back to the same line.
- A kitchen waste line that slows every few weeks.
- Several properties and no single record of what was done where.
- A building where nobody is certain where the shutoffs are.
- Work that has to happen around trading hours rather than during them.
What happens when we come out
- We walk the property once and note the shutoffs, meters and problem runs.
- We agree who authorises work, and up to what value, before the first call-out.
- Each property keeps its own service history rather than one shared pile.
- Billing goes per property, or consolidated onto one monthly statement.
- Recurring work is scheduled ahead so it does not become an emergency.
Questions about commercial plumbing
- Can you bill each property separately?
- Yes — per property, or consolidated onto a single monthly statement. Whichever your accounts prefer.
- Can you work outside our opening hours?
- By arrangement, yes. It is booked in advance as scheduled work — we do not run a night call-out service, and we would rather say that plainly than have you counting on one.
- Can you keep a card on file?
- Yes, so approved work does not sit waiting on a cheque.
