The Bronx
Home borough — the shop is here. Most of the housing stock is prewar walk-ups and two- and three-family houses, which means cast-iron waste stacks old enough to scale shut, galvanised supply lines, and a main shutoff in a shared basement. We work on all of it.
Manhattan
Apartment and co-op work, where the pipe you need is usually behind someone else's wall. Shutting a riser affects the whole line, so we plan the visit around the super and the building's own rules on insurance certificates and work hours before anyone opens a valve.
Queens
Mostly one- and two-family houses with finished basements, which is where a slow drain stops being cosmetic — a backed-up main line comes up through the lowest fixture in the house. Older blocks still run galvanised supply, and it narrows from the inside as it ages.
Nassau County
Postwar single-family housing, much of it on slab or over a low crawlspace. Slab construction is why leak detection matters here: the line runs under the floor, so finding it precisely is the difference between one tile and a room.
Suffolk County
Larger lots, and a good deal of the county is on septic rather than a municipal sewer, with well water in places. Both change what a drain or water-heater problem turns out to be, so we ask which one you have before quoting the work.
Westchester County
Directly north of the Bronx, and the closest suburban market to the shop. The housing runs the full range — prewar houses in the river towns, postwar development further out — so a job here might be a cast-iron waste stack or a slab-era supply line. Permit rules vary by village, and we check which apply before quoting anything that needs one.
Bergen County
Across the Hudson from upper Manhattan and the Bronx, and the part of northern New Jersey closest to us. Mostly single-family and small multi-family housing with full basements — which is where the water heater, the main shutoff and the sump tend to sit together, and where a failure shows itself first. - Estimates for planned work are free. Diagnostic visits for an active problem carry a service call fee, which is credited toward the repair if you approve the work.

- We accept credit and debit cards, bank transfer (e-check), cash, and check. You can pay online from the invoice we email you, or from your customer portal.
