What to have ready when you call

None of this is required, but it is what turns one phone call into one visit rather than two:

• Which fixtures are affected, and whether it is one or several.
• Whether the building is a house, an apartment, or a property you manage — apartment work usually needs the super and the building's own rules sorted first.
• Where the main shutoff is, if you know. If you do not, that is worth finding out before anything goes wrong.
• For a water heater or a fixture, the make and model if you can reach it.
• Whether water is actively coming out right now — that changes what we do first.

Our hours are above. We are not a 24-hour service and do not advertise one, so if this is happening overnight, shut the water off at the main and call us when we open.
